At Elmara, we stand behind the quality and comfort of our products. Here’s how we handle refunds and returns to ensure your satisfaction:

 

1. 30-Day Return Policy

 

  • You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your Elmara product if you're not completely satisfied, provided the item is unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

 

2. How to Initiate a Return

 

  • Contact Us: First, reach out to our customer service team. Please provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

  • Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on how to proceed.

 

3. Conditions for Return

 

  • Unused and Unaltered: The product must be returned in its original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Exceptions: Custom orders or items marked as "final sale" cannot be returned unless they are defective.

  • Damaged Items: If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately with photos of the damage for a quick resolution.

 

4. Refund Process

 

  • Refund Amount: You will be refunded the full purchase price of the product, excluding shipping and handling fees unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

  • Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Restocking Fee: No restocking fee is charged for standard returns within the 30-day period.

 

5. Warranty Returns

 

  • 2-Year Warranty: If your product shows manufacturing defects within 2 years from the purchase date, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you. Please see our Guarantee page for more details.

  • Warranty Claim Process: Contact us with details of the issue, and we will guide you through the warranty claim process.

 

6. Shipping Costs

 

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect.

  • Return Shipping Label: For defective products or if we made an error, we’ll provide a pre-paid return shipping label.

 

7. International Returns

 

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process.

 

8. Exchanges

 

  • We do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

 

9. Cancellation Policy

 

  • Orders can be canceled for a full refund if they have not yet been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible to cancel an order.
